Investment Bank requires and experienced Analyst Programmer to support and enhance an existing VBA-Excel based application for automation of deal pipeline and client interactions, develop an MsAccess based application to consolidate information on Expenses, oversee and liaise with off-shore vendor to develop Lotus Notes based small applications to support business management. For all pieces of work, the developer will be working closely with a business analyst within the team, or performing part of the analysis himself*herself. The resource will be developing and providing support for any live applications or liaise with 3rd party vendors who maintain the applications, where relevant. Essential: Experience with Excel VBA programming and Market Data (Bloomberg, Reuters), Experience with relational databases and esp. MsAccess, Ability to understand and analyse business processes & workflows with the objective of providing recommendations for the best use of technology to improve these. Previous Investment Banking experience. Desirable: Previous experience in Equities and esp. Experience with Lotus Notes development.
